BC Engineering events for high school students!
We’re inviting you and your students to a series of our upcoming virtual events! These events are a great opportunity for your students to learn what it would be like to study engineering at UBC and be part of one of the top engineering programs in Canada and the world.
Our student recruitment staff will share information on:
- What engineering is all about
- What makes UBC Engineering stand out
- The kinds of engineering students can study at UBC (spoiler alert: we offer more programs than almost any other university in Canada!)
- Life-changing opportunities to gain experience through co-op, international exchanges, student design teams and more
>>> More info and Registration
These events are a great opportunity for prospective students and their families to explore our campus, connect with instructors and current students, and learn more about CapU programs, services, and student life. We have an amazing lineup of activities planned to showcase every program area. Students can look forward to concerts, portfolio reviews, lab and studio tours, student panels, Q&A with advisors and financial aid and much more.
I have attached posters and digital graphics in case you are able to share them on your community boards, newsletters, social media and TV screens on your campus.
Your support in helping us spread the word to interested students, clients, and families is greatly appreciated. Below are the links for students to RSVP and access the agenda for each program (the agenda will go live next week, October 15).
I am also attaching an e-mail with the invitation if you prefer to forward to them directly.
